  1. A friend who had a colostomy a few years ago has fallen on the ice and broken her arm. She lives by herself with no nearby relatives. Very limited funds. She does have Medicare and Blue Cross FEP. How could she find out if she could get some part-time assistance from an aide covered by Medicare or something while she has a cast on her arm? She lives in Bracey, Va. It’s in Mecklenburg County, Va. Rural. Nearest ‘big’ town is South Hill, Va. She was in the hospital for 5 days within the last month for complications from her colostomy. Thanks very much.
